Houses on SIP Wheels
To address a common issue of the lack of construction feasibility in many plots, we have created this solution - a House on Wheels, which, according to Portuguese law, is considered a movable house and therefore does not require a Construction License. You can take it wherever and whenever you want.

We work with chassis made of galvanized steel with two or three axles, with lengths ranging from 5.4m to 8.4m, a maximum width of 2.55m, and a maximum height of 4m measured from the ground. The configurations are numerous, depending only on your imagination. With this height, it allows the creation of a mezzanine to place beds and storage, freeing up more space below, among other solutions. We build everything on top of the chassis using SIP panels, which provide great comfort and rigidity.
