Construction
We are a construction company that employs alternative methods to traditional masonry (cement and brick). We are introducing other construction systems to Portugal using innovative techniques to enhance the quality of life within buildings, particularly in terms of energy efficiency, and to help Portugal move away from being behind in thermal comfort compared to the rest of Europe.
Some years ago, talking about Drywall (commonly known as Plasterboard) was a novelty, but today it's commonplace. Similarly, the External Thermal Insulation Composite System (commonly known as ETICS or Cappotto) was once an admiration but is now becoming a regular topic. We could provide many more examples, but the evolution of techniques and materials continues, and we want to bring some construction systems to Portugal that will soon become a regular part of construction discussions.
Our specialization lies in alternative construction systems that are more efficient and environmentally friendly than the traditional methods. We develop projects and ideas with quality and innovation, aiming to be a reference in the Portuguese market. From Light Steel Frame (LSF), which is almost universally known, to Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF), in which we are experts, to various forms of Wood construction executed in Light Wood Frame (LWF), Structural Insulated Panels (SIP), or Timber Joinery, even to the transformation of Shipping Containers, we intend to offer our customers a wide range of constructive options and let them decide which construction system best suits their needs.
We focus on clean and fast construction using modern and efficient organizational methods, aiming to complete projects in record time, leaving our clients not only satisfied but above all, impressed. We are constantly seeking new clients and partners, expanding our portfolio with a focus on achieving objectives and fulfilling the desires of our customers.

Sustainable Construction
The OECD (Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development) estimates that buildings constructed in developed countries are responsible for over 40% of energy consumption throughout their lifecycle, including raw material production, construction, maintenance, and dismantling. As over half of the world's population lives in urban environments, sustainable construction has become a vital pillar in maintaining environmental, economic, and social viability on a global level.
We prioritize Sustainable Construction and the use of natural products, but we leave the decision to the customer. We present the different products that we can apply along with their advantages and respective costs, and the customer simply needs to choose.
One of the measures we take is to manufacture/assemble as much as possible at the construction site/warehouse to increase the quality of construction while reducing execution times, energy consumption, and significant reduction of waste by reusing any surplus materials.
